Lovely fabric selection, outstanding appliqué work and an abundance of interesting fine quilting -- note the extraordinary amount of quilting and the intricate patterns along the border. Delores made the top and an friend did the quilting. Dolores signed here name and the year (2008) in embroidery on the front of the quilt near one of the corners.

Breath-taking! One of the most subtle and sophisticated appliquéd quilt that we have seen. Digital photographs can not begin to do it justice. Note the variety of white on white prints used on the border and in the appliqués. Signed with embroidery by its original designer Lancaster's own C Jean Horst. Very well constructed.
