If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, the work can be returned for exchange or credit within 10 days after you receive it provided only that you return it to us in its original condition. Once we've received it and confirmed its condition, we'll either process your exchange order or reverse your credit card charges. Please note that, unless the item was damaged or defective, shipping costs are not refundable.
