Wow! A terrific variation on the Mariners Compass with vibrant fabrics selected by quilt designer Dolores Yoder. Dolores made the top and an Amish friend did the fine quilting. Note the exceptionally attractive border fabric. This design demands and this quilt delivers very precise and sharp piecing. Dolores signed here name and the year (2008) in embroidery on the front of the quilt near one of the corners.
