Woolen Amish Postage Stamp Center Diamond Miniature Quilt(wh1975)
20 inches wide by 20 inches long
A special little quilt recently made with old wool fabric (some recovered from old Amish clothing). In the 19th and early 20th Centuries the Amish routinely made their quilts with woolen fabrics. The lack of availability of new woolen fabric has led to cottons being almost exclusively used in quilts made now. Here is your chance to own a lovely bit of history! Well made here in Lancaster by an Amish woman. Extra special value!!
