Wow! Who says Amish colored quilts are drab? Note the care taken in the piecing and the interesting border treatment. Made in Lancaster by an Amish woman.

The back of the quilt is covered with solid maroon cotton fabric. The quilting density is very good, averaging about 140 linear inches of stitching per square foot. The stitching is very good with 7 to 8 stitches per inch. A high quality quilt.
