Wheat and Ivory Postage Stamp Quilt

Sophisticated, subtle patchwork in wheat to ivory tones with 43 prints specially selected by C Jean Horst. The patchwork is made up of over 6000 carefully sewn one inch cotton fabric sqaures. Lovely and amazing. Made here in Lancaster by an Amish woman. This quilt is symmetric and may be used sideways on a king size bed. Signed in ink on back by C Jean Horst.

A single sheet of a fine light tan on golden cream floral cotton print covers the back of the quilt. The quilting density is satisfactory, averaging about 75 linear inches of stitching per square foot. The stitching is good with about 7 stitches per inch.A high quality quilt.
