Classic album style quilt with lovely Victorian border treatment. Wonderful fabics selected by C Jean Horst. Note the great applique work and outstanding quilting. Made here in Lancaster by an Amish woamn. Signed and dated by (in ink on back) by C Jean Horst.
A single sheet of solid cream white cotton fabric covers the back of the quilt. The quilting density is good, averaging about 100 linear inches of stitching per square foot. The stitching is very good with 8 to 9 stitches per inch.A high quality quilt.
