A terrific anniversary or birthday gift
A sparkling rendition of the traditional Sunshine and Shadow design with twice the quilting. Wonderful fabric selections. Excellent patchwork piecing. Border is Navy, corner blocks are black and sash is dark green. Made by local Amish woman. This quilt is symmetric and may be used sideways on a king size bed.
The back of the quilt is covered with solid Burgundy cotton fabric. The quilting density is very good, averaging almost 200 linear inches of stitching per square foot. The stitching is very good with about 7 stitches per inch.A high quality quilt.
