Another design where less is more. Note the variety of quilting on the bars and the quilted baskets on the border and pillow fold. This quilt with Navy, Burgundy, purple and forest green uses the classic Amish color scheme. Thin batting and abundant quilting give it both the look and feel of an antique quilt. Made in a local Amish home by an Amish woman who incorporated her initials in the quilting in the lower left corner of the quilt. Will look best on full size bed.

The back of the quilt is covered with solid Navy blue cotton fabric. The quilting density is very good, averaging about 120 linear inches of stitching per square foot. The stitching is very good with about 8 stitches per inch. A high quality quilt.
