A terrific anniversary or birthday gift
Wow! Truly a masterpiece. A new design with wonderful fabrics selected by quilt designer Dolores Yoder. Dolores made the top and an Amish woman here in Lancaster did the fine quilting. Note the exceptionally precise and sharp piecing and the amazing applique work --outstanding! The coloring is truly captivating. Dolores signed here name and the year (2006) in embroidery on the front of the quilt near one of the corners. Will look great on most king or queen size beds, on a large wall it would make a stunning wall hanging. Great value too.
The back of the quilt is covered with soft white cotton muslin. The quilting density is good, averaging about 140 linear inches of stitching per square foot. The stitching is good with about 6 to 7 stitches per inch.A high quality quilt.
