Very sharp! Milk white background makes the dark star standout. Wonderful coloring. Excellent patchwork piecing and quilting by the local Amish woman who made it (and placed here initials in the quilting). Border is Navy, corners are Burgundy, and sash is Forest Green.
The back of the quilt is covered with solid Navy blue cotton fabric. The quilting density is good, averaging about 120 linear inches of stitching per square foot. The stitching is excellent with about 8 stitches per inch.A high quality quilt.
