A terrific anniversary or birthday gift
Incandescent! The purples, blues, reds and greens shine against the exceptionally heavily quilted background. Very good piecework and quilting. Made here in Lancaster by an Amish woman. This quilt is symmetric and my be used sideways on a king size bed
The back of the quilt is covered with a fine mottled purple cotton print. The quilting density is good , averaging over 150 linear inches of stitching per square foot. The stitching is very good with 7 to 8 fine stitches per inch.A high quality quilt.
