King All Neutrals Heart of Roses Quilt

Breath-taking! One of the most subtle and sophisticated appliquéd quilt that we have seen. Digital photographs can not begin to do it justice. Note the variety of white on white prints used on the border and in the appliqués. Signed with embroidery by its original designer Lancaster's own C Jean Horst. Very well constructed. Pattern is available in a book authored by C Jean Horst called The Heart of Roses Quilt (ISBN: 1561481068).

The back of the quilt is covered with solid cream white cotton fabric. The quilting density is good, averaging about 100 linear inches of stitching per square foot. The stitching is very good with about 9 stitches per inch.A high quality quilt.
