A terrific anniversary or birthday gift
Wow! A terrific variation on the Lone Star design with exceptional fire bright fabrics selected by quilt designer Dolores Yoder. Dolores made the top and an Amish friend did the fine quilting. Note the intricate attractive border fabric. This design demands and this quilt delivers very careful precise piecing. Dolores signed here name and the year (2008) in embroidery on the front of the quilt near one of the corners.
The back of the quilt is covered with soft cream white cotton muslin. The quilting density is good, averaging about 100 linear inches of stitching per square foot. The stitching is good with about 7 stitches per inch.A high quality quilt.
