A terrific anniversary or birthday gift
Lovely bright hand painted Batik style fabrics give the classic Tumbling Blocks design a whole new look!. Another wonderful creation of C Jean Horst. Excellent patchwork piecing and lots of fine quilting. Made by Lancaster County Amish woman.
A single sheet of a fine gold on tan foliage cotton print covers the back of the quilt. The quilting density is good, averaging about 125 linear inches of stitching per square foot. The stitching is very good with about 8 stitches per inch. A high quality quilt.
