A sparkling rendition of the traditional Chevron design with a few colors not normally included an a Lancaster Amish quilt. Wonderful bright fabric selections. Excellent patchwork piecing. Border and sash are bright Burgundy red, Made by an Amish woman in her home. This quilt is symmetric and may be used sideways on a king size bed.

The back of the quilt is covered with solid mauve cotton fabric. The quilting density is good, averaging about 140 linear inches of stitching per square foot. The stitching is very good with about 8 stitches per inch. A high quality quilt.
