Wow! Look at the fabrics selected for this stunning quilt. Note the finer than usual patchwork pieces as well as the care taken in assembling the patchwork. Lots of nice quilting in the open space surrounding the star. The appliqué work on the pillow fold is also excellent. Background fabric is cream white cotton muslin. Signed and dated by its maker.

The back of the quilt is covered with soft cream white cotton muslin. The quilting density is good, averaging about 120 linear inches of stitching per square foot. The stitching is very good with about 8 stitches per inch. A high quality quilt.
