A terrific anniversary or birthday gift
Wonderful variation on the classic Lone Star by quilt designer Dolores Yoder. Very attractive fabric selections with a Southwestern touch, excellent piecing -- note that flower leaves and stem are pieced not appliqued -- Wow!. Delores made the top and an Amish friend did the fine quilting. Note the interesting border treatment. Dolores signed here name and the year (2009) in embroidery on the front of the quilt near one of the corners. Will make a wonderful bed quilt for a king size bed, or a fantastic wall hanging!
The back of the quilt is covered with soft cream white cotton muslin. The quilting density is very good, averaging about 150 linear inches of stitching per square foot. The stitching is good with 7 stitches per inch. A high quality quilt.
Given the quality of this handmade quilts' design and construction, as well the amount of effort that went into it, the price is remarkably low.
We want you to be completely satisfied with this quilt. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, the quilt may be returned for exchange or credit within 10 days after you receive it provided only that you return it to us in its original condition. Once we've received it and confirmed its condition, we'll reverse your credit card charges. Please note that, unless the quilt was received damaged or defective, shipping costs are not refund-able.
If this is a gift, we will within reason, extend the satisfaction period so that the ten day period begins on the day you present the gift. Please note in the Customer Comment section of the order form the date you will be presenting the gift.
