Very sharp! Milk white background makes the dark star standout. Wonderful coloring. Excellent patchwork piecing and quilting by the local Amish woman who made it (and placed here initials in the quilting). Border is forest green, corners are Burgundy, and sash is Navy.

The back of the quilt is covered with solid Navy blue cotton fabric. The quilting density is good, averaging about 120 linear inches of stitching per square foot. The stitching is excellent with 8 to 9 stitches per inch. A high quality quilt.

Given the quality of this handmade quilts' design and construction, as well the amount of effort that went into it, the price is remarkably low.
