The patchwork piecing for Bargello quilts is especially difficult, note how well this quilt was pieced by its Lancaster Amish woman maker. A single sheet of solid white cotton fabric covers the back of the quilt. The quilting density is very good, averaging about 140 linear inches of stitching per square foot. The stitching is good with about 7 stitches per inch. A high quality quilt.
