Wow! A lovely quilt that has everything. An amazing design by Lancaster's renowned designer C Jean Horst, super fabric selection, wonderful applique work, precise patchwork, interesting border, and very straight stitching. Note the abundance of quilting surrounding the center applique work. Quilted by an Amish woman. Signed and dated by its designer. Copyright pattern -- directions are unavailable
A single sheet of solid white fabric covers the back of the quilt. The quilting density is good, averaging about 125 linear inches of stitching per square foot. The stitching is very good with about 8 stitches per inch. A high quality quilt.
