One of the most popular applique quilt designs for good reason! Excellent fabric selections -- note the how they play together in the sunshine and shadow patchwork. The tan background gives this quilt a country feel. Made in Lancaster by an Amish woman. Signed and dated in ink on the back.
A single sheet of pure white fabric covers the back of the quilt. The quilting density is good, averaging about100 linear inches of stitching per square foot. The stitching is good with about 7 stitches per inch. A high quality quilt.
