The Churn Dash block pattern is one of the oldest and most charming patchwork blocks. It is combined in this quilt with Log Cabin blocks in an especially nice manner. The solid forest green border contrasts well with the red print used in the Churn Dash. Very good piecework and stitching by local Amish woman.
