Dahlia have just begun to bloom here, but few are as fine as the ones in this quilt. Note the beautiful fabrics, the background is a fine white on white print. More, nicer and much finer quilting than ordinarily seen on a Dahlia quilt. The border treatment is called Cones. Made by local Amish woman who has placed her initials in ink on the back of the quilt.
The back of the quilt is covered with solid pure white fabric. The quilting density is good, averaging about 100 linear inches of stitching per square foot. The stitching is good with about 7 stitches per inch. A high quality quilt.
