A Lone Star with floral features. Very lovely fabric selections coloring. Navy and burgundy has been a favorite color ever since the 70's when the quilts became popular for decorating in colors and not just for warmth. Note the careful piecing and fine quilting. Made in Lancaster by a Mennonite woman
A single sheet of solid cream white cotton fabric the back of the quilt. The quilting density is good, averaging about 100 linear inches of stitching per square foot. The stitching is good with about 7 stitches per inch. Quilt posted is available in these colors with a slight variation in one or two prints but very similar. Also size may vary slightly. A high quality quilt.
