Bargello patchwork is enchating but also very hard to do well. The Lancaster Amish woman who made this quilt did very well indeed! Lovely fabrics and fine quilting as well.
The back of the quilt is covered with solid eggshell white cotton muslin. The quilting density is good, averaging about 120 linear inches of stitching per square foot. The stitching is very good with about 8 stitches per inch. A high quality quilt.
